• Work closely with divisional Executive General Managers to drive commercial outcomes that deliver efficiency and financial performance to the business.
• Analyse KPI’s to drive performance and enable effective decision making, including financial and operational metrics.
• Coordinate the development of Group and Divisional budgets with business owners.
• Leverage systems and emerging technology to offer real time insight, supporting managers in the interpretation of performance reports and management within budget targets and connecting financial operation and performance data to be shared with decision makers.
• Develop and implement financial strategy and allocate financial resources efficiently and effectively to strategic and operational objectives.
• Support the business in the identification of risks and opportunities and implementation of business improvement.
