We’d like you to join us as a Finance Business Partner covering our Hospitals in Active Care Group. This position is remote but there will be a expectation for travel 2- 3 days per week to our Hospitals in the following locations: London, Chislehurst, Bristol, Birmingham & Redhill.
The Finance Business Partner will support the Commercial Finance Director in providing financial business partnering and analysis to the Managing Director and the Regional Senior Management Team.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).

• Business Partnering to the Managing Director and operational and commercial teams providing quality financial analysis and support.
• Drive development of appropriate KPIs and make use of these to drive accurate and incisive management reporting and business decisions.
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts supporting the Commercial Finance Director and Managing Director and liaising with other members of the Finance, Commercial and Operations team.
• Ad hoc analysis and costings in support of the Commercial and Operational teams.
• Support the commercial team in pricing discussions and other commercial issues.
• Support the preparation of business cases for any acquisition and new branch opening projects.
• Preparation of accurate and insightful management information with appropriate KPIs, including revenue and margin analysis.
• Maintaining a continual focus on ensuring that information is presented in the most useful way possible and that any issues identified which would enable management to improve business performance are appropriately reported.
• Support the Commercial Finance Director and wider finance team as required
