THE ROLE

As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the EGM for Housing and Property Strategy and other Senior Managers to provide advice and support across the housing portfolio within VCCH and asset management across the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets for the VCCH portfolio
• Monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting with detailed analytics and commentary on the performance of the business with trend analysis to enable management to take decisive steps
• Ongoing evaluation of financial performance in conjunction with EGMs and Managers, being an active and supportive finance partner
• Assist the various stakeholders within the portfolio on day to day queries to enable smooth operations
