Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse daily operational and production data to ensure accuracy and identify performance trends.
• Analyse operational performance against budgets, standards and profitability targets.
• Identify and investigate revenue and cost variances, driving corrective actions where required.
• Deliver insightful weekly operational and financial reporting to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner with site leadership teams to improve operational performance and profitability.
• Use data and analysis to challenge performance and support informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards and management information tools.
• Support budgetary control and ongoing performance monitoring across operational areas.
• Provide clear updates on revenue opportunities, cost risks and key operational issues to the Finance team.
• Support the preparation of management accounts through the provision of accurate operational data and analysis.
• Work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the Senior Finance Business Partner with ad-hoc analysis and commercial projects.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity and financial control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety requirements.
