Job Description We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Retail teams with insight, challenge and commercial thinking. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping turn data into meaningful information and supporting decision‑making that drives performance. What you'll be doing: Partnering with Retail leaders to provide financial insight and commercial challenge Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles across the Retail estate Analysing performance and identifying risks and opportunities Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights Supporting investment proposals and tracking benefits realisation Influencing decision‑making through strong storytelling and data‑led recommendations Continuously improving reporting, controls and ways of working Building strong, trusted relationships across Finance and the wider business Who we're looking for: Experience in a finance business partnering or commercially focused finance role Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a collaborative way Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain data clearly A commercially curious mindset with an interest in Retail or customer‑facing environments The ability to balance challenge with support to influence outcomes Good planning and prioritisation skills in a changeable environment A commitment to learning, development and continuous improvement A professional qualification or working towards one, or equivalent experience Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Responsibilities

The Finance Business Partner will provide financial insight and commercial challenge to Retail teams to support decision-making. They will also manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while building strong relationships across the business.
