THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BRING:

• CIMA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
• Proven experience of finance business partnering, with the ability to build fantastic working relationships
• Experience of managing and monitoring significant budgets, with sound understanding of financial management processes
• Experience of producing and presenting management information to stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach
• A resourceful, innovative, and tactful approach to resolving issues, taking ownership to ensure successful resolution

Business partnering:

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering financial insights and recommendations to support decision making.
• Provide an outstanding customer service whilst developing first class working relationships, investing time getting to know stakeholders and understanding their needs.
• Work closely with other areas of the finance team to ensure stakeholders have access to the best finance information and insight.
