Your role

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist / Financial Analyst (m/f/d), you will support the Finance Manager DACH in the financial and analytical management of our company. Through in-depth analyses, forecasts, and reports, you will create transparency regarding business development and provide the basis for sound decisions. You will work closely with national and international colleagues, particularly from the USA.

Your tasks

• Independent preparation of monthly FP&A reports and ad-hoc reports for our parent company in the USA.
• Updating and improving monthly reports for the executive management and serving as the contact person for internal analyses (risk assessments, target/actual comparisons, etc.)
• Analytical support for short-, medium- and long-term budget and forecast planning
• Price and cost calculation for equipment and service parts of Life Fitness products
• Calculation, analysis and control of sales commissions
• Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for companies in the DACH region
• Assistance in supporting external auditors and in internal audits
• Direct reporting line to the Finance Manager DACH
