FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Overview : We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Business Partner Manager to support the Singapore business operations and regional commercial activities across ASEAN. This role is based in Singapore, which serves as the sales and operational hub for the region and also oversees the representative offices with the support from Regional Shared Services team, which handles AP, GL, and budget closure, while retaining direct responsibility for Singapore’s domestic statutory compliance and government submissions.
  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Financial Business Partnering

    • 2.Coordination with Shared Services
    • 3.Singapore Statutory Compliance
    • 4.Oversee Representative Offices
    • 5.Financial Reporting & Analysis

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred
    • At least 6–8 years of experience in finance roles, including business partnering experience in a regional or commercial setting
    • Sound knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (e.g., GST, ACRA, IRAS)
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
    • Experience coordinating with Shared Services or outsourced finance teams
    • High level of independence, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP; advanced Excel skills required. Power BI is advantage.
