• Partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to drive results and unlock growth opportunities.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term goal setting.
• Provide decision-making support on major performance interventions, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate on innovation projects to ensure sound commercial decisions.
• Oversee the business and financial planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Maintain integrity and transparency in all financial operations.
