As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality financial services across the Division, helping shape strategic decisions and driving performance. Whether you’re deepening your specialism or broadening your experience, you’ll be surrounded by experts who collaborate, share knowledge and support each other to succeed.
You’ll lead the delivery of accurate, timely and relevant financial advice to both internal and external clients. Working closely with the Divisional Finance Manager, you’ll contribute to the development and execution of divisional strategies and business plans, while championing continual improvement and ensuring compliance with professional and legislative standards.
This is a role where your insight will make a real difference. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, helping non-financial stakeholders understand and act on financial information. You’ll also support the development of others, sharing your expertise and encouraging a culture of learning and excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Service delivery and collaboration

  • Lead the delivery of professional financial services across the Division
  • Ensure advice is accurate, timely and tailored to client needs
  • Build strong relationships to enhance financial understanding and performance
  • Support knowledge sharing and professional development across teams

Strategy and improvement

  • Assist in shaping and delivering divisional strategies and business plans
  • Lead improvement initiatives around WIP, UNCON and progress evaluations
  • Attend project control meetings and support working capital management

Quality and compliance

  • Stay current with professional standards and best practices
  • Ensure outputs comply with relevant legislation and internal policies
  • Undertake quality checks and verification activities
  • Promote safety and wellbeing in all aspects of work

Reporting and analysis

  • Support the production and interpretation of monthly management accounts
  • Monitor project profitability, utilisation and overheads
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Provide cost analysis and financial insights to project teams

Training and systems

  • Provide training on project control systems and finance fundamentals
  • Help staff understand and manage project financials, including revenue and profit recognition
  • Support compliance with group directives such as insurances and registrations
