SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent)
· Qualified by experience will also be considered.
· Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
· Experience in Construction, Manufacturing or similar industry is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of relevant accounting software and MS Excel.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Our client, a well-established organisation in the Manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the financial management of the company and contribute to its continued success.
The FBP will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support with the financial management of the business
· Support with year-end audit, annual statutory accounts
· Preparation of Management Accounts (Journals, Accruals & Prepayments etc)
· Assisting with Budgeting, Forecasting & Cashflow
· Support with VAT Returns, CIS Payments
· Financial Analysis & Continuous Improvement
