Drive meaningful change As Finance Business Partner for Operations, you will be based in Copenhagen and be part of our Finance organization, while working closely with our production- and operations setup. In this role, you will drive financial insight, strengthen our product costing models, and translate operational performance into clear financial and commercial impact. You will play a central role between Finance, Operations, and the commercial organization, acting as a trusted sparring partner to key stakeholders. You will ensure that product costing, operational insights, and financial logic are reflected in business decisions, pricing, and performance management. You will support the development of business cases, providing financial structure and insight to enable sound investment and operational decisions. The opportunity This is an opportunity to join a strong and well-established Finance Business Partnering setup. You will be one of two dedicated partners for Operations, working closely with a colleague based at our production facilities in Hungary and The Netherlands. The role combines hands-on ownership of product costing and governance with a broader stakeholder responsibility. You will partner closely with Operations creating actionable insights, contribute to business planning, forecasting, and business cases, and help bridge operational performance with commercial and financial outcomes. You will join a team of seven Finance Business Partners in a dynamic and growing company, where collaboration across functions and geographies is key. Are you ready to embark on this journey with us? Your responsibility would include: •Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for Operations, providing critical insights, challenging assumptions, and influencing decision-making. •Drive the development and continuous improvement of our product costing model and related governance. •Ensure transparency in costing elements to support both operational and commercial decision-making. •Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor financial key performance indicators related to Operations. •Based on financial data, identify and analyse opportunities for process and performance improvements, and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement scalable and sustainable solutions. •Proactively challenge existing ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement across Finance and Operations. •Contribute to rolling forecast processes by translating operational insights into robust financial forecasts and scenario analyses. •Partner on operational and cross functional initiatives by providing financial input and decision support for business cases. Fuel for your success in the role We imagine you have: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. •+3 years of experience within product costing or other relevant driver-based costing models. •Experience with ERP system, preferably Dynamics 365 in a production setting. •Strong analytical skills, openminded and a structured, solution-oriented approach. •Proactive, independent, and collaborative approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Comfortable and experienced working with global, cross-functional teams.
