We are seeking a Finance Business Partner on a 12 months fixed term contract who will be responsible for providing strategic financial support and actionable insights to internal stakeholders by analysing business performance and financial activities. You will leverage your financial expertise and analytical skills to drive improved business outcomes by identifying key financial drivers such as revenue, cost efficiency, profitability, and investment strategies. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Background in a similar role within the retail industry is essential
  • Proven background driving financial performance and support business growth through data-driven insights and analysis
  • Being able to work across multiple stakeholders within a multi-faceted organization
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for the position.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with a collaborative and proactive approach to work.
  • Retail experience is desirable, not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
