Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.
We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Business Performance Team and help grow Phorest to be the global leader in software for Premium Salons, Spas and Aesthetic clinics.
Reporting directly to the Global Business Performance Manager and working alongside other Finance Business Partners, this position provides broad exposure and high visibility across all of our regions & departments. You will support regional and global management in driving commercial performance and strategic decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with Phoresters across our business. Being a global SaaS company, we have clients located in many regions around the world. This will not phase the ideal candidate who will be happy learning about the financial and commercial needs across different geographical regions.
This is a long-term career opportunity to gain exposure and valuable experience across all areas of finance partnering and FP&A in a rapidly growing international SaaS company.

Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for a number of regional and departmental leaders
  • Support strategic short and long-term business decisions through financial modelling and analysis, identifying trends and developments in competitive environments
  • Prepare, develop and manage rolling forecasts in conjunction with various teams across the business, on a consolidated and regional basis,
  • Conduct and deliver monthly performance reviews and business insights as well as advising on actions to ensure growth delivery.
  • Evolve and implement processes and tools necessary to help scale financial best practices;
  • Support company-wide planning and forecasting processes in a manner that is both efficient and effective
  • Support company-wide and board-level reporting
  • Perform ad hoc financial, commercial and operational analysis as required
