Global Financial Business Partner Procurement
As Global Financial Business Partner SC – Procurement (Group Procurement Controller), you will act as a strategic business partner to the global procurement organisation, covering both Direct and Indirect Procurement. You will drive consistency, efficiency and transparency across procurement finance processes by improving, streamlining, standardising and overseeing key activities.
In this role, you will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for global procurement, identify opportunities to optimise supplier spend and provide insights that influence sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives. You will work from our Schiphol Oost – Amsterdam office, collaborating closely with procurement and finance leaders worldwide.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead financial planning & budgeting for the global procurement function, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor procurement spend, deliver variance analyses and advise on cost control opportunities.
  • Analyse category and supplier spend to identify savings, supplier consolidation and efficiency improvements.
  • Support strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations with robust financial modelling and cost analysis.
  • Track, validate, and report on savings initiatives and procurement KPIs.
  • Advise on the financial impact of market trends, sustainability goals and procurement strategies.
  • Deliver clear, insightful reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
