Description

This Finance Business Partner role will support Credit Cards and Personal Loans within our Retail Finance team. Our Finance Business Partnering teams are integral to our success as a Society, working both within the wider finance team and directly with areas across the Society to ensure we achieve our strategic objectives and deliver value for our members. This role creates a great opportunity for someone to join a team providing key stakeholders with financial guidance, advice and creating great pieces of analysis to support and challenge through decision making.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You will be leading a team and will be responsible for understanding and explaining financial performance to the business.
  • Helping the business define and understand the implications of pricing proposals, competitor strategies and market dynamics.
  • Working with stakeholders across the Society to deliver robust forecasts, including Plan and external Stress Tests.
  • You will be the Finance lead on high profile strategic initiatives to ensure that all requirements and impacts are understood to enable a smooth delivery across all aspects the team and working with key stakeholders in the Society.
