What you’ll do: Bring your commercial acumen and strategic mindset to a pivotal role that will support our Property & Network Development portfolio. As Finance Business Partner, you’ll combine sharp financial insight with a deep understanding of NPV commercial evaluations and the levers that deliver strong returns on investment. You’ll partner with senior leaders, drive end-to-end financial management, and deliver the analysis and business cases that shape high-impact decisions. In this role, you will: Partner with operational leaders to enable informed, data-driven decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting for senior stakeholders Support high-value commercial projects that drive efficiency and growth Build commercial acumen across the business and foster accountability If you’re a proactive, results-focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll bring: Experience in Finance roles with a minimum 5 years' of relevant business partnering experience. Proven ability to develop effective partnerships between support and business functions. Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting. Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases. Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI). Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources. CPA or CA certification. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline. Strong FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage. Why us?
