On behalf of the Bank of England, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner (Inside IR35) for a 9 months contract based in London in the office 2-3 days per week.

As a Finance Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver timely, insightful financial reporting and analysis to support Executive-level decision-making.
  • Lead strategic financial planning and multi-year forecasting aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and support cost-saving initiatives across Bank support functions, establishing effective financial management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business areas to prepare and challenge budgets and forecasts, ensuring value for money.
  • Monitor actual vs. forecast spend, providing early warnings and performance insights.
  • Oversee month-end processes and lead ad-hoc optimisation projects to improve financial operations.
