As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll take a leading role in shaping business strategy, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of a dedicated business area. From forecasting and budgeting to performance tracking and strategic planning, you’ll provide high-impact insights and expert advice that directly influence business outcomes.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a key business area
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance
• Guide strategic decisions with expert financial analysis and risk assessment
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and external regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, advising on key financial matters
• Support change initiatives and transformation projects
• Champion a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement
