About the role We're looking for a commercially minded and technically capable Finance Business Partner to help shape business performance through insightful financial analysis and trusted commercial advice. Partnering closely with leaders across our revenue and operational teams, you'll provide strategic financial support that influences key business decisions. You'll develop a deep understanding of performance, identify opportunities, and turn complex financial data into practical insights that drive value. From forecasting and margin analysis to pricing, new product development and strategic initiatives, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial decisions that contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business. Key responsibilities include: * Partnering with leaders across the business to provide strategic and consultative financial support * Preparing and challenging annual budgets and quarterly forecasts to ensure realistic yet ambitious outcomes * Delivering monthly performance reporting and insights, including analysis of key financial metrics, trends, and business drivers * Conducting margin analysis and evaluating the financial impact of changes to plans, pricing, and commercial decisions * Supporting revenue analysis, cash flow forecasting, and scenario modelling to inform decision-making * Building robust business cases and financial models for new initiatives, investments, and projects * Supporting New Product Development (NPD) through pricing analysis, financial paybacks, and trial assessments * Monitoring actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions * Providing insights into internal-related spend, cost centre management, and business stability impacts * Bringing external market and industry insights into business unit and site-based strategies About you You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business to solve problems, influence decisions, and drive performance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment, you're equally at home providing strategic advice as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver insightful analysis. You'll bring: * Experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Commercial Analyst, or in a similar commercially focused finance role. * Experience in a complex industry such as dairy, manufacturing, agriculture, or FMCG. * Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling, business case development, forecasting, and scenario analysis. * Commercial acumen and the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business insights. * Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels. * Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for improving business performance.
