ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the GM FP&A, this Finance Business Partner role is a key position within a newly built FP&A function. You will partner closely with senior leaders across multiple business units, providing commercial insights, driving performance, and embedding finance into operational decision-making.

This is not a traditional, process-driven role- success in this position comes from your ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor to General Managers.

You will play a critical role in shaping financial planning, improving business performance, and driving the ongoing evolution of finance within the organisation.

  • DUTIESPartner with business leaders to drive strategic planning and performance outcomes
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
  • Deliver commercial insights, scenario modelling, and financial analysis
  • Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting
  • Analyse key drivers of performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability


  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCECA/CPA qualified
  • Background in Big 4, mid-tier, or commercial finance roles
  • Experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A role
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling capability
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
  • Proven ability to influence and engage non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience in transformation environments or project work highly regarded
