What you’ll do Role Purpose: At Vodafone, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to Commercial and cross-functional teams, translating business initiatives into financial outcomes and driving value through data-driven insights, structured analysis, and strong governance. Key Accountabilities: Partner with Commercial, CVM, Digital and Product teams to support strategic and operational decision-making Lead the development and evaluation of business cases for new initiatives (e.g. products, pricing, partnerships) Translate commercial actions into clear financial impact across revenue, margin, OPEX and risk Analyse performance versus plan and deliver actionable insights and recommendations Support pricing and profitability analysis, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis Drive financial governance and consistency across approval processes, assumptions and methodologies Engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risks, assumptions and outcomes Who you are Core Competencies: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Ability to link business drivers to P&L impact High level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent professional certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CFA). 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related finance role. Fluent in English. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data mining tools (e.g., SPSS, Access) is a plus. Not a perfect fit?
