To support decision-making by ensuring high quality and robust business cases complemented with clear and actionable recommendations; To prepare and analyze Budget and Forecasts, challenging business unit inputs and developing high-quality, ambitious but realistic financial plans based on in-depth business knowledge of Enterprise segment; To ensure insightful explanations of the Actuals, namely, deviations from the budget as well as the trends and seasonality of the Enterprise business drivers and develop reporting that drives improvements in business strategy and operational efficiency; Proactive approach in suggesting improvements and changes within the team and/or the business. University Degree and Master in Management, Finance or Economics; Minimum of 3 years of professional experience; Highly developed analytical skills; Great interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills; Ability to project manage and to handle various projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously; Curious to learn and understand the overall business but also the ability to drive change; Strong Excel skills; International experience (academically or professionally) as a plus; Fluent in English.
