You'll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create a clear, long-term view of our investment strategy, embedding strong governance processes at every stage. From business cases and ROI analysis to payback reviews and post-investment evaluations, you'll make sure decisions are backed by robust financial insight. You'll lead key governance committees, influence strategic initiatives from inception, and support transformational programmes such as Tech2025. By managing end-to-end planning for Capex, depreciation, and cash targets, you'll help us achieve ambitious goals while driving a culture of accountability and transparency. A qualified accountant with 5+ years' experience in a similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for senior decision-makers An effective communicator who can influence and collaborate across functions and at senior levels A proactive individual with a growth mindset, ready to embrace new challenges and drive change Experience in financial governance, capital planning, and investment review processes
