Description
Lead financial performance monitoring and business control activities. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with clear narratives and insights. Deliver timely reporting of financial and operational results, including variance analysis. Coordinate planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Advise on key business planning assumptions, risks, and trade-offs. Support strategic and operational decisions through financial analysis. Maintain cost centre structures and contribute to automation initiatives. Consolidate recharges across Corporate Functions and support Anaplan reporting ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA qualified or nearing qualification, with strong experience in financial analysis. Skilled in planning, budgeting, and financial controlling. Proficient in Excel and data manipulation; knowledge of SAP and Anaplan preferred. Strong analytical and technical accounting skills. Confident communicator with excellent influencing and stakeholder management abilities. Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Able to manage complex conversations professionally and build trust across teams.
