JOB SUMMARY:

As a key member of the finance team, the Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the Operations, Technical, and R&D Directors. The role involves developing robust costing processes and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support decision-making across the business.
Success in this role requires a proactive approach to driving change and enhancing competitiveness and value creation. The Finance Business Partner will be deeply integrated into core business areas, with early involvement in projects—starting from the concept stage—to help shape the strategic direction of the company.
Building strong, collaborative relationships between finance and the operations/technical teams is essential. This role will be instrumental in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, guiding business improvement initiatives, promoting informed cost control decisions, and ultimately contributing to long-term, sustainable profitability.
