JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for an opportunity to take ownership of global finance processes and make a meaningful impact in an international organisation? As a Finance Business Specialist at JYSK, you will be the global process owner within either Procure to Pay (P2P) or Acquire to Retire (A2R) / Record to Report (R2R). You will play a key role in designing and continuously improving standardised processes while developing strong internal controls in close collaboration with local finance teams and IT.
You will become part of a strong business where growth is driven by a focused strategy and supported by significant investments in IT and process optimisation.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and implementing a global framework for finance processes, including governance structures, policies, and controls
  • Identifying automation and efficiency opportunities and collaborating with IT on digital finance initiatives
  • Overseeing and controlling finance functions to ensure compliance with internal rules and policies
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance the capabilities of finance functions
  • Continuously optimising processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout Finance
  • Collaborating closely with Shared Finance Centres, local finance teams, tax, treasury, and business controllers to align financial reporting with business need
