We are looking for a Finance Business Team Leader to ensure the operational performance of our finance-related IT systems and to lead a results-oriented, collaborative support team.

Technical skills:

  • English (B2 minimum) required; French is a strong asset;
  • Experience with one or more ERP systems: M3, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics;
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems;
  • Knowledge of database models;
  • Experience in training delivery
Responsibilities
  • Team leadership: Organize the Finance support team’s activities, manage priorities, and drive individual and collective performance.
  • Functional support: Monitor tickets, identify recurring issues, analyze root causes, and propose improvements.
  • Communication: Inform users of service interruptions and collaborate closely with IT&S teams (BPO, Functional Leaders, Infra, DEV, DATA).
  • Change management: Lead or contribute to change processes and initiatives.
  • Functional testing: Define and execute test scenarios for the Finance scope, aligned with global and cross-functional requirements.
  • Training & deployment: Ensure the deployment of IT solutions (training, configuration, post-implementation support), and train new team members.
  • Reference management: Maintain up-to-date functional documentation (process maps, standards, procedures).
  • Inspiring management: Foster a positive work environment that supports engagement and professional growth.
    Strong background in IT support for Finance: Business application support, ERP project deployment, functional collaboration.
