El cargo requiere un profesional en administración, ingeniería o afines, con 2–3 años de experiencia en conciliaciones, análisis financiero u operaciones, sólidos conocimientos de contabilidad, Excel/Google Sheets avanzado y SQL, además de habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle y comunicación efectiva; se valorará experiencia con SAP/Netsuite y en entornos de startups o tecnología. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Finance Reporting Analyst Esta persona será responsable de garantizar la correcta conciliación financiera entre los comercios aliados y nuestra plataforma, asegurando precisión en los pagos, detección de discrepancias y mejora continua en los procesos de liquidación. Responsabilidades: Realizar conciliaciones periódicas entre los reportes internos y la información entregada a comercios aliados. Identificar, investigar y resolver discrepancias en pagos, comisiones o facturación. Desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización y mejora de procesos. Utilizar SQL para extraer, transformar y cargar datos de diversas fuentes. Documentar procesos y proponer mejoras operativas que garanticen la transparencia y confiabilidad de la información financiera. Supervisar y evaluar la eficacia de los procesos automatizados, realizando ajustes según sea necesario. Requisitos: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingenería o disciplinas afines. Experiencia previa en conciliaciones contables, análisis financiero u operaciones (2–3 años). Fundamentos de contabilidad financiera Conocimientos sólidos en Excel o Google Sheets (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, validación de datos). Habilidad analítica y orientación al detalle. Buenas habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con aliados comerciales y áreas internas. Conocimiento SQL es necesario. Conocimiento SAP y/o Netsuite es un plus.
