We’re in the process of building something new at Vision33 — a dedicated S/4HANA Public Cloud team that will play a central role in the future of ERP. This small, focused group will help define how Vision33 delivers and transforms systems into value for our partners and will set the industry standard for how organizations adopt cloud-first solutions.
Due to the nature of the role, we’re looking for people who already know this space — people who’ve worked with S/4HANA Public Cloud and can hit the ground running, lead projects, and help shape how we do things.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to our current growth and success, we are hiring a SAP Finance Consultant to support our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud practice.
You will collaborate with Vision33 team members to articulate and envision our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions to provide superior customer service experience to clients. If you are experienced in the Finance area of ERP systems and you are looking for a challenge and an opportunity to maximize your return on invested effort, this position is for you.

EXCITED TO FACE ANY NEW CHALLENGE, YOU WILL BRING TO THIS POSITION THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a similar role and directly involved with Finance in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of consulting experience with S/4HANA.
• Full Cycle S/4HANA implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycles on Public Cloud using Cloud ALM.
• Familiarity with the competitive market of industry ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft, Sage, and Epicor would be considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills are essential for client interactions, training sessions, and documentation.
• Stay updated on S/4HANA advancements to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of financial projects.
• Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
• Superior people skills; team- oriented, fast learner and very personable.
• Self-motivated, an independent thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment.
• Understands the importance of delivering value to our customers.
• Ability and passion for learning new technologies.

• Independently leading the Finance S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations across the Vision33 business line by configuring financial modules, conducting workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation across multiple industries.
• You will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize financial processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise and working with stakeholders to find best solutions for their business needs.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members during the project life-cycle.
• Supporting data migration, conversions, and system content upgrades.
• Supporting the technical team in transferring knowledge of client requirements, operational design, and with testing and feedback.
• Supporting testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live optimization of Finance processes.Follow SAP Activate Methodology practices including Fit-to-Std, Data Migration and Testing workstreams.
• Support and educate clients/users on the product.
• Working closely with S/4HANA team to provide support, testing and go live planning.
• Work closely with presales architects and sales representatives during presales processes; preparing demos and providing input for project estimations.
