CTS are a leading managed service provider in the Education Sector, who have now launched their Easy4u Service. Working with our partners from Belgium and the Netherlands we provide laptops to schools across the UK - offering a personalised, full-service education laptop to their students, with a customised school-webshop, a self-service portal, and a full-service model in case of repairs.
We are looking for a Finance & Contract Administrator to join our Finance Team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in financial administration, ideally within education, and public sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software. Sage experience is ideal but will not be the core product you are using, therefore you will require a willingness to adapt to custom built systems used across our group.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of schools and legal contract frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the backend Easy4u financial records and support purchase/sales ledger functions.
  • Oversee contract administration for all Easy4u service users - escalating contract issues to the Customer Services team for handling with end customer.
  • Invoice Management of the Easy4u System.
  • Support financial compliance and assist with reporting.
