Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to strengthen our finance operations and support strategic decision-making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining operational execution with analytical thinking in an international and fast-paced environment. As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of the company’s financial operations. You will oversee core finance processes including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with external accounting and tax advisors. Beyond day-to-day financial administration, you will contribute to improving financial visibility, strengthening internal controls, and optimizing processes across the organization. You will work closely with management and external partners while gaining exposure to multiple areas of finance within a growing international business. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end client invoicing process. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and support collection activities Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and archives Coordinate with external accounting and tax advisors, ensuring timely and structured delivery of financial information Ensure financial transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled within internal systems Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement Execute supplier payments and maintain payment schedules Coordinate supplier onboarding documentation and registration processes Support monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting Monitor bank transactions, cash flow movements, and operational expenses Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and ad hoc finance-related requests Support compliance with Spanish financial and tax requirements Contribute to strengthening internal financial controls and operational processes Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Controller, Accounting, or Finance Operations role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Experience with Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems Good knowledge of Spanish tax procedures and compliance requirements Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling financial data Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail Organized, reliable, and able to manage priorities independently Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork Our Offer Hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely for up to six weeks annually.
