POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, support acquisition integration, and build scalable financial systems. This is a high-impact, leadership role suited for someone who’s ready to “roll up their sleeves” and grow into a VP of Finance or future CFO role.

• Own accounting operations: GL, month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements and performance dashboards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, AR/AP, and working capital
• Integrate acquired entities into our financial systems (QuickBooks Online)
• Implement automation tools; experience with ConnectWise, Bill.com, and Wise-Sync is a plus
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance (via PEO)
• Build and eventually lead a finance team (AP, AR, finance manager)
