JOB SUMMARY:

We ICC Group, looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Controller for Al Ras, Uzbek, Kazakh, Turkey & South America to manage general accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with financial reporting and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MUST be willing to relocate and/or travel back and forth to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan
  • Must have 2 years minimum experience in impex and trading
  • Proficieny in Power BI, Tally, Quickbooks
  • Russian speaking and multilingual is preferred
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role (typically 2–5 years)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Accounting : 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files (ledgers, journals, etc.) for all entities in the group as required
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Understand company structure and laws in all those countries and file corporate taxes accordingly
  • Follow up with consultants in those countries
  • Follow up with sales people in each country
  • Strong understanding on exchange rates and forex markets
  • Ensure all laws are followed
  • Prepare costing and cash flow budgets for all
  • Occasionally travel to the countries to audit and ensure correct accounts
  • Assist in full ICC Group AR, bookkeeping and auditing
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing
  • Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Manage payroll and statutory deductions (e.g., taxes, social security)
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Support external audits and provide required documentation
  • Identify accounting discrepancies and suggest process improvements
  • Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Power BI) for daily operations
