Job Description This position is with Automotive Steering Column LLC in the Controlling department. The overall purpose of this role is to gain experience and training while assisting with the departmental tasks and projects in controlling. These tasks will be related to closing process, account reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but not limited to the following. Assisting plant controlling team in daily responsibilities Cost center expense reporting package preparation Cash position forecasting Month-end closing Support in monthly business reporting with main focus on reporting and analysis Monitoring and distributing key performance data and other report as required Support in the business planning and forecasting process Ad-hoc projects Qualifications Education and/or Experience: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accounting Ability to rotate back at least every other term for at least 3 rotations preferred but not required Qualifications/Competency: Strong analytical and mathematical skills Structured working approach to high quality standards Good attention to detail, decision making, and problem solving Able to present self well when communicating Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel Good command of the English language MS Power BI/Tableau knowledge preferred SAP knowledge is desirable Prefer someone who can work for 6 months straight, full time Minimum GPA 3.0 Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
