Company Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Controlling Intern will support the Brand in all financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and all ad-hoc arising finance-related needs. She / he will coordinate with the Finance team / Brand team from Regional and Local Market (Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia). Job Description Business analysis • Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks = monthly reporting for the HQ, Region or for local management • Analyze the main variances vs. last year and budget • Evaluate profitability of the Brands analyzing monthly P&L • Prepare monthly meeting for Brands Management Budget Preparation • Support with preparation of budget template and consolidation for SEA-OC • Assist with budget submission to HQ Internal Control • Review Internal Control Cockpit and highlight potential control issues • Support with follow-up action on retail audit, working closely with Retail teams Other • Support with development of Power BI for Net Sales and P&L monitoring • Review of controlling procedures and update if needed • Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data • Ad hoc analysis and project follow up Qualifications Key competencies: • Able to commit full time internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026 • Good inter-personal and communication skills • Advanced excel skills including pivot table and lookup • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines • Analytical mind • Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs • Team player • System oriented Job Category: Finance and accounting
