JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing budgets, and driving cost control initiatives. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining financial health in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The Finance Controller will provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA/CA preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a controller or senior financial management role.
• Strong background in the automotive manufacturing industry (Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier experience highly preferred).
• Proven experience in cost accounting, program/launch financials, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
