Description
Location: Philippines Duration: 12 Months KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides expert guidance on local statutory and regulatory requirements impacting key Finance processes (e.g., revenue recognition, tax, accounts receivable), including Supply Chain processes Ensures alignment to the global template and identifying required exceptions or localisations in Local Design workshops Acts as the single point for requesting and coordinating any finance-related localisations requests; routes all exceptions to the global design team Coordinates with local SMEs to ensure all local finance compliance needs are captured and aligned with the global design, including local applications, integrations, and customer/supplier financial practices Participates in UAT testing for local statutory and controllership processes and supports Hypercare issue resolution Aligns with the Wave Finance team for statutory decisions, including Supply Chain Finance Consolidates and raises requirements or statutory needs to the Supply Chain & Direct Procurement Lead for potential localisation Provides light-touch support during system integration testing; participates in UAT for supply chain finance scenarios; provides light-touch go-live and Hypercare support and clarifications to ensure smooth operational continuity WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Qualified accountant or equivalent experience with deep understanding of local statutory and regulatory finance frameworks (e.g. revenue recognition, tax compliance, accounts receivable/ payable) Equivalent experience with strong knowledge of sourcing unit finance processes (e.g. product costing, inventory valuation, supplier settlements) and how they integrate with supply chain operations Ability to evaluate global fit-to-standard design against statutory requirements and escalate finance-specific exceptions Experience consolidating inputs from GTM Finance and other finance SMEs to ensure compliance requirements are accurately represented Familiarity with SAP and local finance systems, including relevant supply chain finance applications, and prior experience in finance transformation is desirable Ability to coordinate local SMEs and bridge global design and market requirements #TMICC ABOUT THE MAGNUM ICE CREAM COMPANY: With 19.000 expert ice cream colleagues and iconic brands like Wall’s, Cornetto and Ben & Jerry’s, loved in 76 countries, we are the world’s largest Ice Cream company leading the industry We have been taking pleasure seriously for more than 100 years, serving happiness with every lick or scoop of ice cream for generations.
