We are looking for a Finance Controller to join Paragon’s finance team. This role is a key part of the company’s financial operations and reporting function, with broad exposure to core accounting processes, subsidiaries, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting foundations with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset, and thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where processes are continuously evolving. Responsibilities Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, analysis and consolidation Prepare annual financial statements and tax reports Manage and monitor accounting processes across the company and its subsidiaries Oversee MESH-related transactions Manage vendor and government payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests Support the bookkeeper in all day-to-day aspects to ensure accuracy of financial records Work closely with the external auditors Take part in improving and scaling finance processes and controls Requirements CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm 3+ years of post-internship experience in hitech companies, preferably fast-growing startups Advanced knowledge in ERP Systems - NetSuite is a strong advantage Strong knowledge and experience with US-GAAP accounting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent Excel skills High level of English - both verbal and writing Proven self-initiated problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-growing environment and meet tight deadlines Independent, detail oriented, a team player, a great multitasker and be able to think outside of the box
