Job Description We are seeking a professional with a project/financial control background to focus on the SAP implementation, with an emphasis on optimizing and aligning financial processes within the SAP B1 system. Your primary goal will be to ensure financial controls and reporting capabilities are successfully deployed. Job Description: 1. SAP B1 Implementation A. Business process analysis: Support BEUMER Group companies in analysing business processes and workflows. Coordinate with the SAP B1 team to finalize requirements and implement B1 rollouts. B. Cross-functional communication & knowledge transfer: Introduce accounting and Project controlling concepts. Ensure consistent knowledge transfer across countries and functions. C. System Configuration & Scenario Testing: Improve process logic and develop test cases for key business scenarios. 2. Project Controlling A. Project budgeting & cost control: Manage budgets and internal costs per financial rules and company policies. Review As Sold calculations and set project budgets. B. Accounting compliance: Ensure accurate supplier invoice posting, cost allocations (e.g., time booking), and compliance with accounting standards. Qualifications Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree. Major in finance, accounting, economics and related fields. 2. About 3 years related experience in financial internal control, prefer in manufacturing industry. 3. Good fluency in written and spoken English. 4. Familiar with SAP operation and Excel. 5. Solid Accounting and Finance Skills. 6. Strong business acumen and the ability to transfer the needs of the core business function into financial solutions. 7. Good communication skills and cross department cooperation. 8. High level of integrity and strong initiative.
