Description
1. Develops and conducts cost review meetings with plant leadership. · Prepare monthly management report and highlight to management and or Business Unit any significant variances · Ensure accuracy and timelines of costing information. · Prepare and calculate product cost and transfer price. 2. Drives the budget and forecast process, reporting to the plant and SEA. · Responsible for the quarterly rolling forecast/budget and business review preparation. · Present the QR and OP to SEA. 3. Conducts variance analysis against budget and forecast, presenting results to management. · Review and analyze P&L report from SAP and others reports · Financial commentary, Monthly report, AOC and AOC productivity to ZONE · Management letter to ZONE (MML & QML) · Essbase for APOD (Sales by Standard, AOC) · Verify and report disclosure data for APOD (such as Base Cost, CAPEX) · Implement action plans in case of deviations 4. Supports plant leaders and supervisors in project justification, implementation and spending control. Management Accounting, Finance and Controllership proven knowledge Business and result orientation Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment Management skills Excellent verbal and written communication IT proficiency (SAP, excel, powerpoint) Fluent English Autonomy Minimum 6-8 years experience necessary
