About the Job As a Finance Controller, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, playing a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and business leaders to oversee FP&A activities, including monthly closing and budget development. Your expertise will empower business and functional heads with a clear understanding of performance and budget, enabling informed decision-making. You will conduct rolling forecasts and provide strategic support through scenario analyses, driving business success and growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, influence financial outcomes, and contribute to the organization's long-term vision. What you do • Deliver accurate and timely reports that inform strategic decisions. • Prepare insightful P&L reports, highlighting key findings and variances for management review. • Collaborate with department representatives to ensure seamless financial and reporting processes. • Lead Financial Planning and Rolling Forecast efforts, gathering information from business teams to prepare and upload plans into SAP. • Guarantee high-quality, punctual report submissions. • Verify project schedules, accrued income, and reconciliation to ensure financial integrity. • Define unit cost and financial targets for profit centers and corporate functions, driving financial success. • Coordinate with the Central Controlling team to set up new material codes in SAP and implement related systems. • Track non-billable pending projects, liaising with Account Management and Business teams for resolution. • Partner with central and regional controlling teams to manage and support financial reporting and planning processes, including pricing consolidations. What you bring • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance and Accounting. • 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning Analysis, with a proven track record of success. • Expertise in ERP accounting systems and processes, with knowledge of SAP BW. • Strong analytical skills for business case and cost breakdown analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to create impactful presentations. • Excellent spoken and written English, enabling effective communication across all levels.
