Job Description In this role, you will work closely with Syntegon’s Chief Digital Officer, interact with the Digital Technology Leadership Team, and serve as the interface between the department and the central Finance organization. Your responsibilities include: You own the financial steering of major initiatives and programs and derive measures to increase efficiency across the organization. Acting as the key interface to the central Finance organization, you monitor current cost developments and support budgeting and forecasting activities. You support the development and execution of the Digital Technology strategy. As a trusted business partner to the CDO and the Digital Technology Leadership Team, you provide financial guidance and ensure transparency on all financial matters. Qualifications A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a comparable field provides the foundation for your success in this role. Strong strategic thinking skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities, enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You bring more than 7 years of experience in Finance and Controlling-related roles, such as Corporate Controlling, Financial PMO, or consulting within a business environment. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of German would be considered a strong advantage. Taking ownership comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented while tackling complex challenges.
