You create meaningful reports, KPI analyses, liquidity plans and FTE reports, and make complex financial data transparent and understandable through budgets, profit and loss forecasts and analyses.
In controlling, you analyze key business figures and derive concrete insights for the business from them.
You will work closely with our tax office and ensure a smooth handover of all relevant documents, e.g., in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements.
You identify optimization potential and actively drive the standardization and further development of commercial processes and structures, e.g., the establishment of a budget system for the individual business units.
You will be responsible for invoicing our customer projects, overseeing the process from preparation and approval to invoicing, ensuring that services are correctly recorded and billed accurately, and monitoring payments.
That's what makes you stand out.
You have a commercial background (e.g., studies, training or a comparable path) and feel at home in the finance and controlling environment.
You handle sensitive information responsibly and have a high level of trustworthiness when dealing with confidential data.
Ideally, you bring initial practical experience from a project-driven environment such as an agency, IT, consulting or service sector, and understand the dynamics behind it.
For you, numbers are more than just reporting: you want to understand, question, and derive real added value for the business – and you use Excel confidently and naturally as a working tool.
You work in a structured, reliable and pragmatic way with a clear hands-on mentality.
You enjoy analyzing and meaningfully simplifying processes, instead of letting them slow you down.
Communication on equal terms is a matter of course for you, whether with project teams, finance or external partners.
