We are looking for a dedicated Finance Controlling Trainee to join our team in Bucharest (Fixed-Term contract, 6 months). The Finance Controlling Trainee position assists in various financial operations, gaining hands-on experience while supporting financial analysis, reporting and controlling. What You'll get to do: Data processing within the controlling team Assisting other members of the team with monthly tasks Assisting with management accounts Assisting with preparation of year end information for audit Maintain relationships with banks and other financial partners Collaborate with our tax team to perform research and analysis Manage the database resources and help on a case-by-case basis in our global projects Assisting with group closing procedures What we’re looking for: Hard Skills: Accuracy and good attention to details The ability to work with finance or non-finance teams Working knowledge of MS Office Great communication level in English Good with numbers and figures Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized and reliable Vigilance Excellent analytical skills Here's what we offer: Hybrid work schedule available after the first three months of employment, in line with company policy.
