SALARY: $23.00-$25.00/HOUR

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Finance Coordinator to join their team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Acts as the customer service representative by answering inquiries from clients and employees
  • Responsible for data entry and maintenance of other administrative functions relating to monthly billing production and day-to-day administration
  • Maintains and files correspondence, enrolments, changes and other documents as it relates to each client
  • Produces and coordinates required documents and reports in support of the various HR services
  • Provides back-up support to the other HR & Business Services team members
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong database (emphasis on benefits administration systems) and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, high energy team player
