OTE - $75,000.00 - $90,000.00

A dynamic, progressive and rapidly growing health business located in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a Finance Coordinator | Bookkeeper to join its team on a full time or part-time (4 days/ 0.8FTE) basis. We are open to a hybrid working model with minimum two (2) days in the New Farm, QLD office per week.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Finance Coordinator | Bookkeeper, you will work hands on within our business and stakeholders to ensure our financial requirements are in order. You will be responsible for full function bookkeeping services, including but not limited to:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • BAS/IAS preparation
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • P&L statements
  • Client Invoicing and billing
  • End of month management including payroll tax, journals, expense claims, etc
  • All supplier queries
  • Client invoicing and queries
  • Super payments
  • STP finalisation
  • WorkCover
  • Payroll Tax
  • Bonus Calculations
  • Willing to assist with administration as needed
