Job Description The Finance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting CNS Middle East’s Finance & Accounts department by handling day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and compliance with internal controls. This position, aligned with Emiratization initiatives, is designed to empower Emirati talent with exposure to core finance functions within a leading system integration and technology solutions company. Assist in managing daily accounting and finance activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and expense tracking. Support month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with CNS policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests. Monitor budgets and expenditures, providing variance analysis when required. Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and compliance standards. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as needed. Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Manager and wider finance team. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives for greater efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration 1–3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively within a team. Strong communication skills in English. Additional Information Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
