Responsibilities include assisting with applications, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid regulations. They act as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and the Medicaid agency.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, service plans, and financial information.
Adhering to Medicaid regulations and guidelines, as well as any relevant state and federal policies
