FINANCE COORDINATOR Job Type: Full Time Location: Goway Manila  Reporting to: Finance Team Lead Salary: Php 23,000 Role Type: Replacement Job purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance specialist to join our dynamic team. The Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting financial operations by processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills to support the company's financial integrity. What will be your key responsibilities? * Financial Operations & Processing * Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure smooth financial operations. * Process and review supplier invoices and support month-end closing activities as required. * Execute supplier payments in accordance with agreed terms while maintaining strong internal controls. * Generate customer invoices, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection. * Perform supplier and customer statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. * Respond to supplier and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete financial recording. * Assist with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting requirements as needed. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality/Tourism, or a related field. * At least 1 year of relevant work experience. * Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Strong prioritization and time management skills. * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for extended periods.
